The Trenton Marriott Downtown - "Jersey Fresh"

The Trenton Marriot Downtown is introducing a special promotion featuring "Jersey Fresh" menu items and a cooking demonstration each month all throughout this summer. In celebration of the Garden State's locally grown bounty of "Jersey Fresh" fruits and vegetables, the Trenton Marriott Downtown Culinary Team with the assistance of the New Jersey Department of Agriculture have identified locally produced seasonal items that they will feature in the Archives Restaurant. Look for the "Jersey Fresh" logo on the menu.

Join us for a cooking demonstration featuring the "Jersey Fresh" fruit or vegetable of the month with Executive Chef Mark Ellis. Bring a friend or make it an office outing and enjoy a some food and wine as your learn a new recipe from our Chef.

Every third Tuesday of each month from 5:00pm – 6:00pm. Demonstrations start at 5:15pm

Dates: May 18th, June 15th, July 20th, August 17th, September 21st, October 19th.

Participants will receive a take home menu of the Chef's created recipe, a tasting of the menu item created and one (1) glass of wine.

Cost is $20 and includes applicable sales tax and gratuity.
